Sometimes, it happens that the reseller want to cancel dedicated server, for that he has to Go to the Dedicated Servers/Manage Servers menu, then click on the Delete icon next to the server name he want to cancel and then has to fill in the page with necessary information and click Submit.

This dedicated server cancellation can be done in the 3 ways:

1. There is a Schedule automatic server cancellation for the end of the billing period. The alloted server will be automatically withdrawn from his account the day before the end of the billing period. After this, he can choose this option, he can see the automatic cancellation date when viewing the server info.

2. Reseller Clicks the Cancel Server icon again if he has changed his billing period and want his server to be cancelled accordingly, or if he want to send request for earlier cancellation.

3. Reseller can also Send request for immediate server cancellation, he needs to Send a request for server cancellation on date – trouble tickets with these request will be issued to your upstream provider.

If reseller changes his mind and he wants to continue with the server means he does not wants to choose to cancel a server automatically for that he needs to inform the administrator about this as soon as it is possible. It is only the admin who is empowered to discard or postpone automatic cancellation of dedicated servers.
