hi, please tell me that how can i see my trouble tickets and answers to them.

To see your trouble tickets and answers to them,click Ticket Center on your control panel home page.Now in the list of the trouble tickets that shows, click the corresponding trouble ticket title.Then enter a follow-up trouble ticket in the box that appears.Now Click Submit.
