we unchecked “activated” coldfusion and created that account successfully.
Sometimes, this problem arises, when the reseller is not able to moderate the account, one of the possible solution for this is to check the plan, we faced this problem earlier, when one of our client was not able to moderate this winodws account, the problem was with ColdFusion on physical box. It was not installed (or installed incorrectly), but in this plan it was checked as “included and activated” so H-Sphere was trying to activate it for this account.
