I want that message trailer:
“To Unsubscribe send blank email:
should be added automatically, How can I do this ?

From your control menu, Quick Acess click on the e-mail icon. A form will appear click on the List icon. On the right side of the same form you will now see properties of your mailing list. Find Message Trailer section and click on ADD icon. New form will appear, where you can enter your Message Trailer text.
This trailer will be added to each of your message.
